Aquadyne Model .60-B Excellently suited for ponds up to 1800 gallons
The model .60-B was developed at the request of many who needed a powerhouse filter in a small package that would perform like our other larger filters with blowers, in a slightly smaller footprint. This filter works excellently with most any 1200 gph external or submersible pump. If you intend to use a submersible pump, please use the order number .60-B-S for a submersible riser column.

AD60B-S
Aquadyne .60-B-S Bead Filter System for submersable pump
Aquadyne Model 1.1-B Excellently suited for ponds up to 3000 gallons
While the Model 1.1 is an excellent choice for a bead filtration system within a given price range, the Model 1.1-B far exceeds the performance of the standard 1.1 at a slightly higher initial cost. Carefully compare both filters performance data. The good news is that after April 1st, 2001 we will fit the Standard 1.1 with the necessary bulkheads for a later simple backyard conversion to the Model 1.1-B. So if your budget can't go the 1.1-B at first. You can perform the conversion yourself with a screwdriver and some PVC cement. We are making this improvement to better accommodate our customers with great flexibility in upgrading to a Dynamax blower system. This filter is the most efficient and maintenance free system ever introduced into the industry in such a small package, and can be easily used with a submersible pump.

Aquadyne Model 2.2-B Excellently suited for ponds up to 7500 gallons
Again, as with the Model 1.1, The Model 2.2 is an excellent choice for a bead filtration system within a given price range for larger ponds. The Model 2.2-B by far exceeds the performance of the standard 2.2 at a slightly higher initial cost at the benefit of turbo-charging the efficiency of your filter. Carefully compare both filters performance data. Here again, we now fit the Standard 2.2 also with the necessary bulkheads for a later simple backyard conversion to the Model 2.2-B. The standard 2.2 can also be converted to a 2.2-B yourself with no special tools. If you are relatively sure that you will likely convert your filter to a Dynamax system at a later date, we advise that you not wait and purchase the appropriate model initially. By the time you decide to convert, you could have had it running from day one with no concern of conversion.

2.2 cubic feet of media

This filter can also be powered by a submersible pump like the model 1.1-B with little difficulty. This is a milestone for a filter that requires very little maintenance.
Model 2.2BH Package Option- Includes a 2" High effeciency Control Head with 2" plumbing in and out. (Same head and column as used in the Model 4.4, just 4 inches shorter in length.) If you must have 2 inches in and out of your control head this is the way to get it. However, considering the fact that the maximum recommended filtration rate is 4000 gph, you will only accomplish a friction loss improvement of about 15 to 20% by using the 2" control head and column. If you feel that this friction loss improvement is beneficial to you, buy it. If you are using your 2.2B filter in a typical installation and not trying to tweak every last gph out of your pump, save your money and buy the standard 2.2B model. Bearing in mind that the standard 2.2 and 2.2B control head and column will pass 3000 gph at less than 1 psi at the filter discharge port height, which is most exceptional by anyones standards.
